The Ice Cream ERP Implementation Supply & Material Planning role acts as project leader, ensuring that the new ERP system aligns with local business requirements while maintaining global standardization. It represents factory needs for Supply & Material Planning to ensure a successful transition to ERP (e.g., SAP S4 Hana) and application layers.
Key Responsibilities

- Support the operation in the use of SAP ensuring correct use of the system.
- Perform supplier registration and maintenance in SAP.
- Ensure support to guarantee material deliveries according to manufacturing needs.
- Respond to short‑term issues with E2E planners, cooperating with suppliers and Logistics.
- Balance cost/service to maintain the right level of inventory and avoid excess stock.
- Manage residual stock to avoid extra costs and obsolete risks.
- Participate in daily planning review with Operations, focusing on short‑term plan, obsolete reduction, and demurrage costs.
- Manage obsolete materials, identifying over‑stock situations and reducing raw & pack material write‑offs.
- Plan and schedule production in the short‑term planning, coordinating with external suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery.
Experiences & Qualifications

- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Experience in planning or finance is a plus.
