As a Senior Specialist Product Engineer, you will become the essential link between development and production teams. You will analyze characterization, qualification, and test-yield results to identify root causes of potential deviations. In this role, you ensure successful product releases and contribute to continuous efforts to optimize cost and enhance product quality. Your Responsibilities Plan product engineering project-specific tasks, including resource and time frame definition, for your assigned products or product families Prepare and release Requirement Management Plans according to established development processes Coordinate activities with Design, Test Engineering, Application Engineering, and Quality departments to ensure comprehensive characterization coverage and effective product verification and validation Conduct characterization data analysis on test parameters of new products to ensure compliance with product specifications and manufacturing requirements Support production testing activities, generate statistical reports, and analyze parameter trends Analyze data to identify opportunities for yield improvement and product cost optimization for assigned products Collaborate with the project team to review and interpret qualification results Provide data analysis support in the event of field returns from customers Your Profile You are a proactive problem solver with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for innovative solutions. You excel in collaborative, team-oriented environments and communicate effectively with colleagues across functions. Your adaptability and enthusiasm for continuous learning enable you to overcome technical and organizational challenges with confidence and efficiency. You are best equipped for this task if you have: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or equivalent field of studies 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in Product Engineering or Artificial Intelligence Basic understanding of statistical analysis and electronics Knowledge in Python and Artificial Intelligence, particularly Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) Fluency in English (mandatory) Please send us your CV in English.
