R&D Packaging Development Specialist - Cermenate, como Categoria: Progettisti / Design / GraficiLuogo di lavoro: Cermenate, Como Adecco Italia SpA, for a Multinational Company based in Italy, is looking for a:R&D Packaging Development SpecialistMain Activities:-Analysis of the project briefs in the PLM platform;-Scouting of Innovative Packaging solutions;-Definition of primary packaging alternatives in partnership with suppliers, in order to have support for developments;-Shelf life tests on the Primary Packaging;-Definition of secondary packaging and end of line (shipper, pallet plan, etc.);-Samples preparation and cost evaluation;-Coordinate the execution of the New Product Developments and sustainable projects pipeline across the manufacturing countries;-Guarantee the implementation if the projects in collaboration with interfunctional team;-Technical sheet and packaging specification preparation.Requirements:-Education: Master Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry or similar;-Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role;-Technical Skills: Good knowledge of packaging development preferably in Food Industry;-Language: Proficiency in Italian and English is required, Spanish is nice to have;-Avalilability to travel;-Good knowledge of circular economy principles;-Ability to lead multiple projects.
