Monitor performance across digital channels. Collaborate closely with the QA Lead and the Scrum Master of the development team. Optimize website performance and third-party integrations. Conduct root cause analysis and perform risk assessments and management. Qualifications University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in web and mobile technology optimization. Experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of Web Architectures and Monitoring technologies. Proficiency in Google Analytics. Project management experience. Fluent in English and Italian. Additional Requirements Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
