Responsibilities:
This position will be our global representative for Supply Chain & Sales & Back Office applications, providing 3o. level support and expertise for all systems in scope, working directly with corporate/global teams, and interface with local (plants) teams. In the specific the main responsibilities are:
* Create & Design solutions, lead technical implementations, and deployment of SAP system and SC&S&BO applications, fostering standardization and best practices, from Concept to Production
* Establish global standards for SAP COe (Center of Operational Excellence), fostering Business Operational Excellence
* Support all plants to operate the delivery solutions and support digitalization projects in the SC&S&BO domain
* Encourages business partner(s) in gaining more and better comprehension of SC&S&BO system features and usage, fostering User Experience
* Partnership with local IT teams to resolve complex issues and ensure proper root cause is identified and preventative actions are implemented
* Document IT Global Standards for SC&S&BO systems and be responsible for disseminating SC&S&BO systems knowledge for local teams
Requirements:
* Strong Project Management skills, with a proven experience in managing projects in IT and/or business areas
* Bachelor Degree (IT, Engineering or others)
* Be able to work well with the business end users, SAP functional leads, Supply Chain, Sales and operations personnel to be effective
* Ability/Flexibility and agility to deal with multiple projects running simultaneously
* Fluent in English and in Italian, Spanish is a plus
* Availability to Travel
Technical skills:
* SAP consultant & other Supply Chain and Sales and Back Office applications, with experience on SAP complex implementations, Integrations and Support
* Strong Technical skills at least in two of the following modules: SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), FI (Financial Accounting) / CO (Controlling), Strong Project Management skills
Soft skills:
* Demonstrated ability to act professionally with diverse groups and functional/technical subject matter experts
* Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information, and make sound decisions
