Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide.Team ManagementLead all aspects of the team in the maintenance, servicing to meet customer requirements within the working timetable.To deliver Start of shift Briefing (SOSB) / End of shift briefings to team members (EOSB).To be responsible for the deployment of team members in line with the shift throughput requirements.Co‑ordinate line of route ensuring that equipment, tooling and work environment is left in a safe place.Leading and prioritising workloads agreed with the operation manager/Depot Manager.Being part of, and providing technical support to the teams in the way of fault finding expertise and assistance with train repair activities.Providing technical support as required to maintenance.Collate data from system event downloads and depot reports for all service failures. Analyse corresponding data with the objective of determining the failure mode and compiling a test/rectification report.Collate and analyse data from system event downloads to identify any minor failures that require corrective maintenance.Collate fault data and position into appropriate shared drive facility.EHSResponsible for leading team members to uphold site safety, including reporting of any unsafe acts, process/procedure deviation.PerformanceProvide real‑time updates to the Production Manager on work progress against the agreed plan, SQDC deviations and ad
