Schedule Development: Create detailed project schedules using appropriate planning tools, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Progress Monitoring: Continuously track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions as needed. Resource Allocation: Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective resource allocation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports to project stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with organizational goals. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all planning and scheduling data is up-to-date and accessible.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Management Engineering or similar background Knowledge of a project management software (e.g. MS Project) Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
