Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Job Description: This role involves creating and maintaining filing systems, typing office correspondence, managing mail, ordering supplies, answering calls, creating and maintaining employee files, assisting candidates, maintaining application areas, responding to employee inquiries, ensuring confidentiality, and supporting company policies and standards. Additional responsibilities include safety reporting, guest reception, professional communication, maintaining positive relationships, ensuring quality standards, and performing miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
* High school diploma or G.E.D.
* At least 1 year of related work experience
* No supervisory experience required
* None required for licenses or certifications
