For a client in the commercial catering sector, we are seeking an:
Assistant Store Manager for a retail chain with accommodation
Responsibilities include:
* Managing customer relationships according to company standards;
* Promoting and developing cross-selling and assisted sales activities;
* Implementing initiatives to improve store performance;
* Monitoring and controlling key performance indicators (sales, costs, staff expenses);
* Managing work shifts, training, and supervising the team;
* Providing regular feedback to staff.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store/Restaurant Manager in structured hospitality companies;
* Strong leadership and communication skills;
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours, day shifts, 5 days a week.
Contract details:
* Type: Fixed-term or permanent contract directly with the company;
* Reference: CCNL TURISMO PUBBLICI ESERCIZI;
* Salary: Level 3 RAL based on seniority, with annual bonuses for achieving targets. Accommodation provided by the company.
