Environment Overview The Operational S&OP Coordinator (Demand Focus) acts as the key interface between GTM, Marketing, and Operations, consolidating short-to-long term demand forecasts and ensuring alignment throughout the S&OP cycle. This role ensures that market needs are accurately captured and translated into actionable demand plans, connecting bottom-up market inputs with top-down strategic guidance and enabling synchronization of supply, demand, and financial objectives. It plays a critical role in improving forecast accuracy, agility, and visibility across the business. Responsibilities Consolidate demand forecasts from regional and market teams for inclusion in the S&OP process. Validate forecast accuracy, identifying gaps and proposing corrective actions. Balance bottom-up demand submissions with top-down volume or revenue targets from Finance. Communicate updated demand signals to Demand & Distribution Planning. Manage short-to-long term forecast adjustments (12M horizon). Collaborate with Industrial Planning to balance demand and capacity constraints. Track NPI, promotions, and phase-outs in the demand plan. Maintain S&OP dashboards and KPIs on forecast accuracy and bias. Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives in planning. Prepare presentations and executive summaries for S&OP review meetings. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes. Experience with ERP and planning tools. Proficient in Excel and Business Intelligence. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, structured, and detail‑oriented approach. Ability to work cross‑functionally in an international context.
