Ph3Job Overview /h3pStudio Paolo Ferrari is expanding in Europe and seeking a Project Lead/Senior Interior Designer to join our new Milan office. This role offers the opportunity to lead exceptional interior design projects, working with international brands across luxury hospitality and residential sectors. You’ll collaborate with an award‑winning team on projects that are conceptually rich, meticulously detailed, and created for some of the world’s most respected brands and clients. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and oversee the production of comprehensive drawing sets (DD/CD phases) in alignment with design intent and local regulations. /liliDevelop custom millwork, detailing, and technical specifications. /liliCoordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation. /liliConduct site reviews and support during construction administration. /liliEnsure design documentation meets local code and permitting requirements. /liliCollaborate closely with Project Directors and Creative Director across global teams. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institution. /liliFluency in Italian and English (written and verbal). /lili8‑12+ years of Architecture/Interior design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or client‑facing role. /liliSoftware proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools. /li /ulh3Location Employment /h3ulliFull‑time position based in Milan, Italy. /liliPartita IVA arrangement; must be based in Milan or willing to relocate. /liliMust have legal authorization to work in Italy/EU.
