Based in Lazio this role offers a collaborative environment that values teamwork and continuous learning. Occasional travel within Italy and Europe may be required for training or service activities. Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned :
- Perform site assessments, installations, inspections, verifications, corrective and preventive maintenance of Medtronic devices
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and patient safety for all assigned equipment
- Accurately complete service documentation according to Medtronic quality standards
- Collaborate with the Service & Repair team to resolve complex technical issues and share best practices
- Support future product integration by organizing or performing upgrades and/or configuration updates to the equipment installed base
- Travel within Lazio and occasionally across Italy and the rest of Europe for service interventions or training
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Technical diploma or higher qualification with a focus on electronics or electrotechnics
- Good English knowledge
- Basic computer skills (familiarity with software and digital tools)
- Valid category B driver's license (for cars) and willingness to travel within the Lazio region and occasionally across Italy
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Residence or domicile in the Lazio region
Previous experience in technical support for medical devices and the ability to work independently will be considered an advantage.
