Retribuzione / Benefits Analyze financial and accounting data to prepare operational reports for management reviews
Support month‐end closing activities including accruals, journal entries, and monitoring results
Perform variance analysis between actuals and budget/forecast to identify key drivers
Monitor capital expenditures and track actual spending and capitalization processes
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Responsabilità 1–2 years of experience in finance, controlling, or audit (Big4 or similar environments preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial reporting systems (SAP a plus)
Experience preparing and delivering presentations based on financial analysis
