Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Quality Engineer based in Cernusco Lombardone, Italy. The Product Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing quality control and assurance processes, analyzing data to improve product quality, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems. The role includes conducting inspections, identifying potential quality issues, and implementing solutions to maintain high standards in the design, development, and production of probe cards.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of Quality Control and Product Quality principles
* Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate data and optimize processes
* Experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Management systems
* Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related issues
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience in the electronic manufacturing or microelectronics industry is a plus
* Familiarity with international quality standards and certifications, such as ISO
