Tenant Contracts Administration Specialist (Temporary)

Role Overview

Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is seeking a Temporary Client Accounting Consultant to join our Client Finance Department within the Asset Services team. This temporary position will provide leadership and support during a specific period of organizational need. The selected professional will play a key role in ensuring the continuity and accuracy of accounting operations while maintaining high‑quality service for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

* Contract Management:
o Manage lease contracts and branch rental agreements across the client portfolio (Retail, Offices, Logistics).
o Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, building regulations, and local laws.
o Monitor contract deadlines and coordinate with the Leasing team.
o Handle delinquency situations, debt collection, and coordinate with legal advisors as needed.
* Accounts Receivable Management:
o Issue and send invoices and credit notes for rent and service charges through the client’s tax portal.
o Support collections and ensure timely receipt of tenant payments.
o Coordinate with accountants for registration taxes and other statutory payments related to leases.
* Accounts Payable & Financial Operations:
o Record invoices and credit notes in the internal management system.
o Manage internal approval processes and payment verification.
o Prepare payments and related documentation.
o Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Reporting & Client Support:
o Prepare tenancy and arrears reports.
o Support Asset Managers in delivering client‑required reporting.


Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Previous experience (1–3 years) in a similar role within Real Estate or Property Management.
* Languages: English, Italian.
* Strong accounting fundamentals and analytical skills.
* Team‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* Proficient in English and MS Office (particularly Excel).
* Knowledge of Yardi Voyager is a plus.
