The Role We seek an energetic Interactive Learning Experience Coordinator to lead engaging play sessions that educate and entertain children at our interactive learning center. You will manage our vibrant play area, bringing learning to life through digital games and interactive activities. This is a 30-hour part-time position with weekend shifts—ideal for a flexible schedule! Key Responsibilities Spearhead and supervise educational and fun play sessions; Become proficient with our digital games and activities; Lead groups of children, ensuring they understand the purpose of activities and engage effectively; Monitor and assess the effectiveness of activities, providing feedback for improvements; Engage with parents and the community to share the value of our interactive experiences; Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming play environment adhering to safety standards. Qualifications Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or related fields; Experience in leading educational or play activities for children; Vibrant personality that inspires children and adults; Technologically savvy, with ability to integrate new media into learning; Excellent communication skills for storytelling and engaging diverse audiences; Passion for redefining education through play, innovation, and community involvement; Fluency in English.
