And watching the following Arrow Corporate Video - YouTube Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end renewal process for software subscriptions. - Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer retention and renewal rates. - Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer value. - Collaborate with sales, customer success, partners, and support teams to ensure seamless renewal experiences across the EMEA region. - Analyze renewal data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns related to renewals. - Prepare and present renewal forecasts and reports to senior management. - Maintain accurate records of renewal activities and customer interactions. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 3 years proven experience in renewal management, preferably in the software industry working for a vendor. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong proficiency in English is a requirement. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Experience in upselling and cross-selling within a subscription-based model is a plus.
