The Role
As a
Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator, you will manage logistics between European S3P sites (primarily Landsberg), coordinate shipments, prepare orders, and ensure high-quality customer service for the Italian region.
By taking responsibility for order processing, shipment tracking, customer communication, and coordination with internal departments and external partners, you will have an impact on operational efficiency, on-time delivery, and overall customer satisfaction. You will also contribute ideas for process improvements and support collaboration across different sites.
Essential Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Technical or administrative education in a relevant field (e.g., technical training or business administration)
Experience in heat treatment is an advantage
Languages: Italian and German. English is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems
Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation
Accuracy, analytical ability, and attention to detail
Assertive, proactive, and collaborative mindset
Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
Strong organizational and coordination skills across teams and sites
Problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle complaints effectively
Experience in shipment tracking and logistics management
