Posizione::As Event Coordinator and Communication Specialist, within the Communication Department, you will promote a positive public image of the Company and control the dissemination of information on its behalf. Task and duties: - Organizing and ensuring the smooth operation of physical and digital events, handling every detail with precision. - Managing all event coordination and organization tasks including day-to-day administration, venue selection, participants’ invitation, public promotion, and post-event follow up with attendees. - Managing the digital transmission of zoom webinars and other digital events. - Attending and supervising physical events to ensure their smooth realisation. - Making sure that all the events are carried out within the given budget and standards by negotiating with the cost and prices of various suppliers (like food services, reservation of hotels, arranging for the transportation, etc.) and managing the suppliers’ payment process. - Producing post-event analysis, budget evaluations and participant feedback for internal use. - Manage the mailbox and repository dedicated to event organisation in a timely and consistent manner. - Supporting the creation of communication and marketing materials (backdrops, roll-ups, branded materials as notes, pens and shoppers, etc.) and managing their production, delivery and storage. - Supporting the realization of events communication campaigns, including the creation of multimedia contents (texts, videos, photos, renders) across a range of platforms as website, brochures, social media and more.
