Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

* Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement.
* General business skills including budget preparation, staff development, and training.
* Strong problem-solving skills, reasoning ability, and good independent judgment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
