PpDescription /p h3Your opportunity /h3 pWith analytical skills, you will analyze stakeholder needs and prepare useful reports to represent KPIs and targets achieved. You will also contribute to the management of the information systems in use in the Department, supporting users. Your ongoing goal will be to ensure continuous adaptation to the changing challenges of supply chain audit activities. /p h3How you will contribute /h3 ul liSupport in the preparation of up-to-date reports, presentations, and documents to support the business, (PPT presentations, Excel files, PowerBI dashboard, etc.) identifying the most appropriate KPIs and their visualization. /li liEntering and maintaining supplier data in the system (data entry and data quality) /li liAnalyse macro and micro data from different sources to provide insights for improvement. /li liBe a point of contact between stakeholders. /li liPrepare and maintain up-to-date documentation and reports useful to stakeholders. /li liData management to ensure on-demand availability of information for main stakeholders. /li liSupport in the management of various Department projects to ensure Group Target Process for Audit activities is achieved. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liA discrete but passionate advocate for high ethical standards with a bachelor's degree preferably in STEM or economics fields, or equivalent work experience. /li liExcellent organizational, analytical and communication skills. /li liAbility to work in team (sharing information), to be multitasking, to work under pressure, and / or under tight deadlines. /li liDetail-oriented and extremely accurate. /li liMeet deadlines, be proactive, have problem-solving skills and be open-minded. /li liAptitude for quickly mastering new tools and platforms. /li liMicrosoft Office Suite (especially Excel). /li liKnowledge of R (R-studio) and PowerBI is considered a plus. /li liFundamentals of Agile Methodologies or previous working experience in actively participating to cross-functional projects is considered a plus. /li liExperience in reading and analyzing economic-corporate reports (DB reports, Bureau Van Dijk) is considered a plus. /li liItalian Native speaker and able to communicate effectively in English in spoken and written form; French is a plus. /li /ul h3Why work with us? /h3 pThis is an exciting opportunity to shape the social, environmental and security landscape of one of the world’s most influential luxury Groups.
