Summary
Amazon is a highly data driven company passionate about its customers. It is vital to ensure the customers always get their orders on time and with quality. The processes at the FCs are largely manual involving large numbers of associates. One of the most critical roles is that of a process associate who mentors and guides the associates towards ensuring they meet the customer expectation by following our standard work practice while keeping safety and quality in mind.
Job Deliverables
Daily Management of shift: Administrative management of associates, job allocation to associates, monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety, monitoring status of counts and problem solving queues.
Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans.
Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.
Conduct 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis.
Stand‐in for Area Manager.
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
High school or equivalent.
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Preferred Qualifications
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
