Position
Farm Produce Department Clerk – Monza (MB)
Responsibilities
Greet customers with a smile, assist in product selection, and provide detailed information on fruit and vegetable quality and origin.
Maintain and restock the produce counter, keeping it organized and inviting.
Monitor inventory levels and orders, track expiry dates, and ensure proper rotation of products.
Maintain high cleaning standards in the department following HACCP procedures, and dispose of damaged or expired items correctly.
Prepare produce (washing, cutting, packaging) using equipment such as scales, slicers, and knives safely and efficiently.
Requirements
Teamwork skills and professional, courteous customer interaction.
Attention to detail and ability to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Good communication skills and customer orientation.
HACCP certification preferred.
Benefits
Salary: RAL €23,000 – €25,000.
