This role is responsible for managing and overseeing IT Applications projects for the headquarters, foreign and Italian branches, aiming to enhance the group’s digitalization level and improve integration across various locations. /ppbr/ppThis position offers the opportunity, over time, to take on an increasingly central role in coordinating activities and leading projects, while progressively expanding decision-making scope and strategic contribution. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongYour responsibilities /strong /ppbr/ppYou will: /ppbr/pp• Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization in collaboration with business stakeholder /ppbr/pp• Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications for IT teams and external partners /ppbr/pp• Propose standard and innovative solutions to enhance business processes /ppbr/pp• Manage new implementation projects with the support of external consultants: from the definition of the scope to the execution of all the project phases, including tests, to ensure project objectives are met in terms of quality, timing, and costs /ppbr/pp• Create and manage project documentation, including company documentation, scope descriptions, functional requirements, and process flows /ppbr/pp• Perform impact analysis to assess the effects of proposed changes on existing systems and processes /ppbr/pp• Provide first-level support on relevant platforms, involving external suppliers as needed /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongYour Skills /strong /ppbr/ppThis is a great opportunity if you: /ppbr/pp• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT project /ppbr/pp• Have a Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Systems /ppbr/pp• Knowledge of enterprise software systems such as ERP, CRM or BI tools /ppbr/pp• Understand principles and practices related to application design, development, and implementation /ppbr/pp• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically /pp• Have strong project management skills /ppbr/pp• Have good communication and listening skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders /ppbr/pp• Are proficient in spoken and written English /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongThe Team /strong /ppbr/ppYou will work closely with a team of IT Business Analysts in Parma Headquarters and the foreign branches, collaborating also with external partners.
