We are expanding our reach, driving innovation across markets and strengthening our impact in cardiac care. To support this momentum we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Communication Specialist who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our communication strategy across the region. This is a temporary assignment of 69 months, providing the opportunity to make a significant impact during a period of transformation and growth. /p h3bResponsibilities /b /h3 ul liStrategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with marketing and business strategies to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. /li liContent Development: Create compelling content for digital, print, events and social media channels; manage storytelling initiatives, press releases, newsletters and internal communications. /li liDigital Social Media: Oversee social media strategy and execution, including organic and paid campaigns; optimise website content and SEO performance; use CRM tools (e.g., SFDC). /li liCampaign Management: Plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, monitor performance metrics (CTR, engagement, lead generation) and provide actionable insights. /li liEvent PR Coordination: Organise and manage communication around PR events, webinars and trade shows; build and maintain relationships with media and key stakeholders. /li liCompliance Governance: Ensure all communications meet regulatory, legal and brand standards; collaborate with internal teams (Regulatory, Clinical, Legal, Marketing) for approvals. /li /ul h3bRequired Knowledge and Experience /b /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field. /li li35 years of experience in marketing communications or similar roles. /li liStrong knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus. /li liAbility to manage multiple projects at scale, speed and prioritise effectively. /li liProficiency in analytics tools and ability to derive insights from data. /li liExperience in agency management and creative asset development. /li liFamiliarity with marketing automation CRM platforms and project‑management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Eloqua, SFDC Lightning). /li liExperience working with AI tools for marketing communication and a PMP certification or comparable project‑management background would be considered strong assets. /li /ul h3bPhysical Job Requirements /b /h3 pThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. /p h3bBenefits Compensation /b /h3 pbMedtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. /b /p pA commitment to our employees’ lives is at the core of our values.
