You will lead the Security team, implement security procedures, manage emergency protocols, and collaborate with all hotel departments to uphold the highest standards of safety within a luxury environment.Your main responsibilities will include:
Supervising, training, and leading the Security teamImplementing and maintaining security procedures, protocols, and emergency plansMonitoring the safety of guests, staff, assets, and facilities across the islandConducting regular patrols, inspections, and risk assessmentsEnsuring compliance with local regulations and internal policiesManaging CCTV systems, access control, and incident-reporting processesResponding promptly to emergencies, incidents, and guest concernsCoordinating with external authorities when necessaryPreparing detailed reports on incidents, risks, and security performanceSupporting VIP arrivals, high-profile events, and sensitive operationsProviding ongoing safety training for hotel employeesEnsuring a discreet, professional, and guest-focused security presenceAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as Security Manager or senior Security Officer in luxury hospitality or a comparable high-standard environmentStrong leadership, communication, and crisis-management skillsSolid understanding of safety regulations, risk prevention, and emergency protocolsAbility to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situationsHigh ethical standards, discretion, and integrityExcellent organizational and decision-making abilitiesFamiliarity with security systems (CCTV, access control) and incident reportingFluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)A guest-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
