We are looking for an Apprentice for Buildings, in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure BU area who will be trained in 2 years as AI & Digital Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities
* Act as abridge between Business stakeholders and IT / Development teams to translate business needs into digital solutions.
* Support requirements engineering activities, including gathering, analysing and documenting functional and technical requirements.
* Collaborate with development teams in the design and implementation of digital solutions and applications.
* Support the creation of Proof of Value (PoV) and Proof of Concept (PoC) using Siemens digital platforms and tools.
* Assist in prototyping and validating new digital use cases.
* Contribute to the definition of solution concepts and system architecture together with technical experts.
* Work closely with business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, digitalisation and automation.
* Support testing, validation and continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
* Ensure clear communication and alignment between business stakeholders, developers and technical experts.
* Contribute to documentation, solution design and technical coordination within digital projects.
Required entry qualifications
* You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
* You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background
* ITS Degree;
* Proficiency in English and Italian
* Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work in a changing environment
* Passion to never-stop growing
* Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
* Eligibility to work in Italy
