Title : Operations Manager Production & IT Level : 2 Reports To : Operations Director End date : 6th March 2026 The Role : The Operations Manager Production & IT is responsible for overseeing the execution of event architectural production and technology infrastructure ensuring integration with the official plan at an exclusive hospitality experience in Milan during the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026. This role guarantees that all production elements including audiovisual lighting and IT systems are fully compliant with design specifications and operational standards. The supervisor will collaborate closely with the design team technical teams and internal departments to ensure smooth execution while upholding high service standards. This position reports directly to theOperations Director. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Oversee the execution of event architectural production and technology infrastructure ensuring all elements align with the official plan and operational requirements. Collaborate with the design team technical teams and internal departments to coordinate and optimize production and IT operations. Ensure that all production elements including audiovisual lighting and IT systems fully comply with venue requirements design specifications safety regulations and technical standards. Supervise the setup integration and troubleshooting of audiovisual lighting and IT systems to guarantee execution throughout the event. Support production and IT teams by ensuring effective communication and workflow throughout set up and event operations. Report progress challenges and recommendations to theOperations Director ensuring smooth execution and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Event Management IT Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10 years in event production operations or IT within hospitality entertainment or events. Expertise in AV IT infrastructure and system integration. Strong project management problem-solving and adaptability in high-pressure environments. Flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings weekends and holidays as event schedules require. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of safety regulations compliance and emergency planning. Commitment to sustainability with experience in sustainable practices.
