As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new logo acquisition and strategic expansion across large enterprise accounts in Italy (80/20 split). You will own the full sales cycle—from territory planning and executive engagement through complex solution selling and contract negotiation—working in close collaboration with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partner teams. Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting enterprise organisations (€1B+ revenue). Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within manufacturing, retail, automotive, logistics, and distribution sectors. Engage C-level and senior decision-makers (Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Digital Transformation). Articulate value-driven business cases tied to operational efficiency, resilience, and digital transformation. Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline management via CRM. Collaborate with global account teams to support cross-border opportunities. Negotiate enterprise-level SaaS agreements and long-term strategic contracts. 8/10 + years of enterprise software sales experience (business applications, NOT IT), with a strong track record of exceeding €MM quota's. ~ Experience selling Supply Chain Management, ERP, or complex operational software solutions is highly desirable but not essential. ~ Fluent Italian (mother tongue) and professional English required. ~ Driven, self-motivated and effective in a fully remote environment. Established network within Italian enterprise manufacturing and retail sectors.
