International HR Generalist Role Overview
* This role involves acting as our in-house expert for Italy and Europe, handling all complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Employee Lifecycle Management: Onboarding, Transfers, Relocations, and Offboarding with Compliance to Local Regulations
* Payroll Calculations Verification for Accuracy and Compliance
* Daily HR Consulting to Clients, Maintaining Client Relationships, and Resolving Cross-Border Employment Issues
* Administrative Support: Reports Generation, Employment Verification Letters, HRIS Administration
Requirements
* International HR Professional Experience in High-Volume and Fast-Paced Environments
* Familiarity with European Labor Laws, Particularly in Italy and Surrounding Countries
* Fluency in English; Additional European Languages (e.g., German, French) a Plus
* Strong Analytical Skills to Identify, Scope, and Resolve Complex and Sensitive HR Issues
* Data-Driven Approach to Improve Response Times and Employee Experience
* Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
