We are seeking an experienced Travel Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and operational services. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of event budgeting and cost control, as well as experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail. They should also be proficient in English and have excellent communication skills. As a Travel Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with clients and vendors to secure travel arrangements, manage communications with participants, and resolve any travel-related issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for preparing and managing cost estimates to ensure compliance with budget constraints. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also assist with activity scheduling, including planning events, tours, visits, and dinners. This is a key opportunity to develop your skills in event planning and management while working with a dynamic and creative team. To succeed in this role, you will need : 4-6 years of proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role. Proficient in English, both in speaking and writing. Solid knowledge of event budgeting and cost control. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
