Mission
The Sales Assistant (Style Maker) introduces clients to the Golden world, explaining the heritage and values of the brand. This role involves creating a personalized total look for clients, capturing their dreams, and reflecting their personality. It is crucial in achieving high customer satisfaction through storytelling, exceptional service, and building lasting relationships.
Essential duties and responsibilities
* Assist customers in expressing their personality through their ideal look, contributing to store objectives and customer satisfaction.
* Engage in the sales process by providing product insights, recommending items, and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, embracing omnichannel practices and leveraging digital tools to keep clients engaged and informed.
* Contribute to store presentation, ensuring visual standards align with brand image.
* Support store operations, including opening/closing, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and safety standards.
* Use IT and digital tools (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth) effectively to enhance processes and engagement.
Key requirements
* Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
* 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling skills.
* Strong customer focus, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Ability to monitor industry trends and understand the local market.
* Flexible to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.
* Team player.
