We are looking for an IT Junior Business Partner to join our IT Service Management and PMO team at Dr. Schär’s headquarters. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that IT initiatives deliver measurable value and support the company’s goals. Your Responsibilities Focus on translating business needs and challenges into clear technical requirements, working closely with business departments to understand them effectively Support the implementation of technological projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver added value to the organisation Ensure constant communication between the IT department and business units Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team-oriented and cross-functional collaboration attitude Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ideally, previous experience in IT solution design, requirements gathering, and service delivery.
