Job Description:
Essential Job Functions
* Assist in managing projects, ensuring they adhere to defined scope and project schedules.
* Collaborate with project teams to understand project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
* Contribute to project progress monitoring and assist in issue and risk management.
* Participate in resource allocation and budget monitoring.
* Support the preparation of project status reports for stakeholders.
* Actively contribute to the identification of process improvements and best practices.
* Assist in data collection and analysis for project performance evaluations.
* Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
* Proven experience in project and program management.
* Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
* A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
Other Qualifications
* Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
* Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus.
