To support their growth we are looking for a Sales Export Manager – Tubes Division a driven sales professional, with strong technical expertise in the tubes or fluid dynamics industry, to join Tubes Division, leading commercial growth and customer development on both domestic and international markets. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will play a key role in defining and delivering the sales strategy, driving business performance, and strengthening long-term partnerships with clients and distributors. What you’ll do: Define sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring targets on volume, price, and margin are achieved. Manage the entire sales cycle — from client engagement and negotiation to order management and after-sales follow-up. Provide technical and commercial support to customers, understanding their needs and delivering value-added solutions. Develop and retain key accounts while identifying new business opportunities with both distributors and OEMs. Coordinate agents and subsidiaries for your business area, with a particular focus on Germany and continental Europe. Monitor performance and take proactive actions to ensure continuous improvement.
