/p h3What You Will Be Doing /h3 ul liLead or support multiple engineering, construction and material handling projects, from start to finish, across multiple locations within Europe /li liManage or support with schedules, resources, and budgets for multiple construction and material handling projects throughout Europe, including scope definition, communication, engineering, procurement, installation, start-up, training, maintenance, documentation, budget and contract management, invoicing, and other project related activities /li liMonitor, report, and ensure contract compliance from multiple activities across several countries in Europe /li liCoordinate cross functional teams and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects in Europe /li liDevelop and manage capital and expense budgets for assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policy, and proactively manage changes and variances to comply with company business plan /li liProactively anticipate and manage project changes and risk and seek resolution with internal and external stakeholders /li liPromote continuous improvement, supporting and suggesting efficiency and process improvements initiatives /li liPromote and establish good working relationships with key internal stakeholders /li liEnsure project safety, code compliance, and adherence to company requirements Travel throughout Europe to visit construction sites, meet with developers, contractors, and local colleagues, with an estimated travel time of approximately 20%.
