Position Summary
Main Responsibilities
* Management, maintenance, and improvement of Labs and equipment
* Guarantee effective workflow and equipment for DRTC V&V
* Gathering and maintenance of labs technical documentation
* Preparation, organization, and presentation of project documentation (design documents, technical reports, costs analysis)
* Continuous enhancement of Environment, Health & Safety culture

Job Position Requirements
Education: University master degree - Mechanical/Mechatronic/Automation Engineering
Professional background
1-3 years experience in industry/academia on mechatronics projects, preferably including experimental/laboratory activities.
• Strong engineering fundamentals
• Scientific approach to technical problems
• Familiarity with laboratory environment and equipment (prototyping and testing)
• Design and execution of experiments
• Proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office 365 suite
Considered a plus:
* 3D CAD for mechanical design
* Knowledge of Additive Manufacturing technologies
* Ability to work in a team
* Flexible approach to multiple problems
* Proactive and oriented towards continuous improvement
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic self-starter, with high engagement
