Joining the
Business Transformation
team in
Turin
, you will work on impactful projects for national and international clients, collaborating directly with top management.
Your responsibilities include:
Rethinking the
operating models
of key functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) using
organizational and operational levers
to enhance performance aligned with business strategies;
Supporting
organizational redesign and process re-engineering
initiatives through change management, facilitating effective transformation;
Assessing
impacts and benefits
of initiatives, monitoring performance, and implementing plans to address gaps.
Your skills and characteristics
This opportunity is ideal if you have:
A master's degree in
Management, Business Administration
, or
Management Engineering
;
Excellent command of
English
, preferably with international study or work experience.
