Conduct intakes and functional assessments within the school settingDevelop individualized treatment plansProvide direct therapy and parent/caregiver trainingSupervise and support RBTs, based on credential levelReview data, monitor progress, and update treatment plans as neededMaintain compliance with BACB standards and company expectationsCollaborate with families, school staff, and other partners to support each child's success
