As a homepage manager, you will influence a team to develop, execute, test and analyze on‑site merchandising programs including events, site content, promotions and other programs. The perfect candidate will analyze performance of site content, always seeking ways to improve discoverability, optimize promotional efforts and help meet business needs. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the annual homepage calendar content planning, creative development, and customer experience. /li liManage the homepage and category allocation for BAU and events and optimize product selection and homepage merchandising in order to drive revenue, maximize conversion, minimize costs and amplify customer engagement. /li liInfluence a team of merchandisers to deliver all the responsibilities below. /li liConceive and write editorial features and promotional copy leveraging product expertise for on‑site offline promotions and programs, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. /li liInform and implement bold, creative promotions and programs, marketing communications, and special projects on homepage. /li liPartner with cross‑functional teams from various categories and marketplaces to bring the best experiences and functionalities to the Egypt market. /li liWork with design and editorial teams to ensure that customer communication goals are met. /li liBuild promotional pages and incentives via sophisticated online tools. /li liBuild, maintain, and analyze performance reports. /li liMaintain ownership of Egypt homepage and merchandising KPI’s and regularly communicate results to the senior management. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul li4+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience. /li liExperience using data and metrics to drive improvements. /li liExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables). /li liExperience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns. /li liExperience managing or working within cross‑functional marketing and creative teams. /li liExperience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads and digital/social channels. /li liExperience across affiliate marketing, PPC, SEM and social media advertising. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in multi‑territory campaign management. /li liExperience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process. /li /ul pOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
