Perform mechanical activities and engineering modifications to ensure customer plants meet specifications.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to protect the company's commercial interests during mechanical tasks.Represent Siemens Energy in customer briefings, updating them on mechanical progress and safeguarding company interests.Conduct complex site surveys and provide detailed reports for design plans, modifications, and upgrades.Train less experienced field service engineers and guide customer operators in equipment maintenance.
What You Bring
Over 3 years of experience in delivering service products in the Oil and Gas Market, with broad Gas Turbine product knowledge.Holds a BSc/BEng or advanced degree in a related discipline;
certification maybe required in some areas.Willingness to travel and work worldwide around 80% of the time, including offshore environments, with the ability to work irregular hours and weekends.Strong team player with excellent communication skills, customer focus, and cultural awareness, capable of leading teams in different countries.High commitment to Zero‐Harm culture and competent in using Microsoft Office IT systems.Ability to perform well under pressure with limited supervision, demonstrating broad knowledge in field specialization for complex assignments.
