Ph3Position /h3 pThe RTW Women Collection Merchandising Coordinator supports the Women's Design Team and Product Development department in defining the characteristics of the RTW Women's offer, with particular attention to price lists (prices and margins), ensuring alignment with the brand’s positioning, craftmanship standards and commercial objectives. This role also involves monitoring the collection development (timing, presentations), and acts as a bridge between design, product development, supply chain and retail merchandising teams. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with Style, Product, and Retail Merchandising departments throughout the collection development process. /li liPerform rigorous data analysis and processing for marketing purposes, including sell-in/sell-out data, offer composition, purchasing trends, and competitive benchmarking. /li liManage the comprehensive development lifecycle of collections, from initial brief drafting to monitoring progress and analyzing sell-in/sell-out data. /li liEstablish sales price lists based on competitive analysis and projected margins to optimize profitability. /li liHandle collection presentations to different stakeholders. /li liSupport global sales campaigns and regional merchandising needs. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liMaster Degree in Economics, Management or similar. /li liAt least 5 years of previous experience in the sector. /li liSensitivity to luxury aesthetics and craftsmanship. /li liUnderstanding of RTW product structure. /li liStrong analytical mindset (Excel proficiency required). /li liFluent Italian and English, both spoken and written (the knowledge of a third language is considered a plus). /li liExcellent result oriented, customer focus, integrity, reliability, and interpersonal skills. /li liProblem solving, precision, attention to the details and organizational skills. /li liTeam working attitude and flexibility. /li liAbility to manage multiple deadlines. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
