You will be part of a dynamic and growing team responsible for the financial accounting, controllership and analysis. /ppThe role requires ensuring a timely and accurate monthly financial close, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts in line with company policy, supporting the US GAAP and statutory audits, alongside setting up and maintaining a robust control environment under the EMEA Controller leadership. Additionally, you will also lead or participate on continuous improvement projects in the areas of financial reporting and controllership. /ppWorking closely with EMEA Controller to maintain and improve the financial modelling for the division particularly around month-end reporting and to assist in building financial analysis of the balance sheet. /ppThere will be lots of opportunities of development and learning in this fast-moving and results-oriented company which places a heavy emphasis on continuous improvement for both the company and its employees. /ppKey Tasks, Responsibilities and Deliverables: /pulliPreparing month-end financial statements aligned with USGAAP to a tight reporting timetable, including but not limited to accrual accounting, intercompany accounting, lease accounting, various calculations, ad hoc analysis /liliSupport in preparation of balance sheet reporting and commentary /liliPreparation of monthly and quarterly account reconciliations /liliSupporting the preparation of annual financial statements and applicable notes in accordance with local GAAP of assigned country /liliSupporting internal audit (SOX controls) /liliSupport the preparation of group statutory financials consolidation process in liaison with external auditors /liliPreparing the quarterly data reporting packages for HQ /li /ulpRequired Skills: /pulliBachelor’s degree in Economics or Business administration /liliHigh School diploma in Accounting (Ragioneria) /liliMicrosoft Office with advanced excel skills is required /liliFluency in English /liliTeamwork and ability to work in diverse environment /liliAbility to cope with changing environment /liliBig 4 Accounting Firm experience is a plus /liliExperience with ERP, SAP and Onestream (Consolidation and Reporting) is a plus /li /ul
