The role also supports the preparation and delivery of digital training materials for Service Managers and technicians once the product reaches the market.Reporting operational to BA Food Europe Techical Development manager.We are looking for a motivated candidate with strong interpersonal and communication skills, solid mechanical and electrical knowledge, digital and IT competence and proficiency in English.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGSupport Technical and Training Specialists within the R&D development: participate with the TTS team in the R&D process according to serviceability target and field‐test results; Assist in organizing field‐test activities, digitally consolidating field feedback and verifying product compliance with specifications and quality targets; Prepare service manuals (basic material for future Service trainings) and develop digital technical documentation throughout the product development phase; Prepare spare partcatalogue for any new product developed; Support the preparation and delivery of service training sessions both in person and through digital formats (webinars, tutorials, e‐learning modules); Support Customer Care: provide support to the Technical Help Desk, using digital ticketing systems and knowledge‐base platforms to manage field requests; Prepare digital Technical Bulletins for all new field technical solutions; Contribute to the creation of best practices and continuous‐improvement content to enhance service capabilities and product knowledge.WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVEA diploma or university degree in a technical fieldSome experience in relevant field service (Mechanical engineering) and in Technical Service organisation; Customer Service Sales experience; Hospitality Business knowledge; Industry product knowledge; Knowledge of electronicsand connectivity; Work experience ininternational environment would be a plus; Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software IT tools; Fluent Italian andEnglish; OUR CULTUREIN 4 WORDSBe Customer Obsessed.
