Our Talent Insights & Assessment (TI&A) Practice blends advanced assessment methodologies with cutting‐edge technology to help organizations make better talent decisions.
We design and deliver assessment solutions across the talent lifecycle—from early talent to senior leadership—providing insights that drive development, performance, and business success.
What You'll Do
As a Business Analyst in TI&A, you will support the design, analysis, and delivery of assessment and talent insight solutions for global clients. You will work closely with senior team members and contribute to both the analytical and content development aspects of our projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the design and development of assessment solutions (e.g., exercises, surveys, interview guides, feedback reports)
- Analyzing assessment data and generating insights to support client decision‐making
- Assisting in competency model development and talent frameworks
- Supporting the design and analysis of 360o feedback and other survey tools
- Preparing client‐ready materials, including reports and presentations
- Contributing to project delivery (virtual and occasionally in‐person)
- Conducting research and supporting the development of thought leadership (e.g., white papers, internal insights)
- Collaborating with global teams across projects and industries
- Managing multiple workstreams with guidance from senior team members
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a curious and analytical professional who is interested in developing expertise in talent assessment and advisory, while working in a fast‐paced consulting environment.
You might be a great fit if you have:
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, HR, talent, or analytical roles
- Native italian speaker and strong communications skills in English
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear insights
- Interest in talent assessment, psychometrics, and organizational development
- Ability to structure problems and communicate ideas clearlyStrong attention to detail and quality in deliverables
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and cultures
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data tools or AI is a plus
Preferred Background
- Degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field
- Exposure to assessment tools, surveys, or talent processes (academic or professional) is a plus
