Job Announcement: R&D Technician – Electrical/Software

We are looking for an R&D Technician with electrical and software expertise, ready to contribute to product development and provide technical support both internally and to clients.

Reports to: R&D Manager
Key Responsibilities
 * Provide technical support internally (production, service, commercial) and to clients.
 * Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and verify electrical components.
 * Support product development, including wiring, electrical panels, and software implementation.
 * Collaborate on the development of new products and improvement of existing ones.
 * Prepare technical documentation for manuals, client instructions, and supplier specifications.
 * Test and verify the functionality of electrical systems and software in the workshop or in the field.
Requirements
 * Experience or strong interest in troubleshooting, technical assistance, and using diagnostic tools.
 * Knowledge of programming industrial devices and software (CodeSys or similar) and CanBus networks.
 * Skills in wiring and electrical panel design, including use of electrical CAD software.
 * Ability to prepare clear and accurate technical documentation.
 * Practical mindset, problem-solving skills, curiosity, and teamwork orientation.
 * Proficiency with Office software and interest in machinery operation.
 * Good knowledge of English.
