The Senior System Architect will play a key role in managing the development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Pega applications, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions for business processes and automation.Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Provide expertise in the use of Pega PRPC (PegaRULES Process Commander) for complex applications.Troubleshoot and resolve Pega application performance and integration issues.Ensure adherence to best practices for Pega development, including Pega Frameworks, UI/UX, and integration standards.Contribute to the planning and execution of Pega upgrades and patches.Mentor and guide junior Pega developers in the team.Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to quality and design standards.Develop and maintain technical documentation.
