We value talent and passion, which foster professional growth. /ppbJOB PURPOSE /b /ppThe Head of Prada Talent Relations manages strategy and relationships with talent for promotional purposes, including actors, models, musicians, directors, influencers, artists, photographers, art directors, key editors, stylists, and representatives from tech companies like Meta and TikTok. /ppThis role reports directly to the Talent Relations and Special Projects Director. It is part of the Communication Department and collaborates with the Prada Celebrity Team, Public Relations, Image Events, Content Production, Retail, Marketing, Analytics, and Creative Directors. The position also involves coordinating with regional Marketing PR teams to define communication strategies at global, regional, and local levels. /ppbRESPONSIBILITIES /b /pulliDevelop and manage budgets, recommending spending priorities to maximize ROI. /liliBuild and maintain relationships with talent and their agencies globally. /liliCoordinate with foreign affiliates’ communication teams to ensure local talent contacts align with HQ targets. /liliMonitor sectors of interest for potential talents who could serve as brand ambassadors or campaign talents. /liliCoordinate talent lists and travel arrangements for events and campaigns. /liliWork with legal teams on contract drafting. /liliCollaborate with social media teams on influencer and content creator strategies across channels. /liliManage talent product orders for seedings and promotions worldwide, overseeing order fulfillment, delivery, and shipping activities. /liliManage social media influencer team and oversee KPIs. /liliDraft monthly reports with internal teams and suppliers. /li /ulpKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /ppMaster’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. /ppMinimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in talent relations. /ppExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with leadership qualities. /ppHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independently. /ppProven leadership and team management skills. /ppJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
