This leadership role is responsible for managing and accelerating franchise development within a designated franchise. The role involves translating BP strategies into execution plans with clear KBIs, joint routines, and an integrated roadmap.
1. Identify incremental revenue volume opportunities and programs by country, brand, channel, package, consumption occasion, and beverage category, ensuring growth ahead of market and competition.
2. Collaborate with partners to identify customer and channel opportunities and manage the end-to-end process of customer acquisition and renegotiation.
3. Support and own the execution of Revenue Growth Management initiatives, including managing and implementing pricing and packing strategies to maximize perceived value.
4. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and its implications for our system.
5. Lead the execution of integrated consumer, shopper, and commercial plans based on BP/System agreements, collaborating with partners.
6. Develop and oversee the regional performance scorecard and set monitoring KPIs for critical initiatives.
7. Lead the annual business planning cycle, coordinating across functions and partners.
8. Monitor financial performance against budgets and expenses, optimizing DME relative to volume and ROI, and re-plan as necessary.
9. Support key projects impacting the system, such as tax implementation, new RTM models, etc.
Experience & Work Focus
* 8+ years in Business, Operations, Marketing, or Commercial roles.
* Managerial knowledge in shopper marketing, channel strategy, customer management, negotiations, and local market understanding.
* Knowledge of brand strategy, consumer communication, and marketing plans.
* Proven experience managing complex projects.
* Strong data pattern recognition, driver identification, and strategic transfer skills.
* Understanding of external business environment factors and ability to advise on action plans.
