Position:
We are looking for a Quality Incoming Technician to join the Quality team within our temperature‑lowering Business Unit.
The role will oversee the reception of components and semi‑finished products, validate product quality specifications using AQL sampling plans, manage non‑conformities and collaborate with the supply chain, and support the maintenance of used equipment.
Responsibilities
Perform quality compliance checks on components, semi‑finished and finished products (physical and documental).
Update sampling plans for quality compliance checks of components, semi‑finished and finished products (AQL).
Analyze supply non‑conformities.
Manage supply non‑conformities in line with company standards.
Analyze non‑conformities found in the field.
Prepare reports on successful tests and collaborate with other business areas to keep documentation current and available.
Participate in inspections by monitoring bodies (UL, ETL, TUV, …).
Support development of new methods to achieve product conformity and verify compliance with company standards.
Support the dissemination of the quality culture.
Collaborate with other business functions to meet conformity requirements.
Support continuous improvement activities. Manage the metrology room. Manage and refurbish used equipment.
Qualifications
Preferably diploma in Electrical, Refrigeration or Mechanical field.
Preferably at least 3 years of experience in incoming material acceptance or testing.
English level A2 or higher.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Six Sigma tools: 8D Report, PDCA, AQL.
Preferably experience with laboratory instrumentation and process control.
Preferably experience in welding (soldering) processes.
Availability for staggered shift work with the Quality team.
Teamwork skills.
Problem‑solving approach.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
